The Program
🗓️ Day-by-Day Highlights
Day 1 – Edge of the Wilderness
Leisurely morning followed by a guided tour of Longyearbyen, the Svalbard Museum, and Camp Barentz. In the afternoon, board the MS Serenissima and begin your Arctic voyage through Isfjorden.
Day 2 – Remote Arctic Settlements
Explore Magdalenefjorden’s whaling history and icy beauty. Sail near Moffen Island—home to walruses and potential polar bear sightings—possibly crossing 80° North.
Day 3 – Polar Bear Territory
Cruise deeper into remote waters with increased chances of encountering polar bears in their natural habitat.
Day 4 – Fjords, Glaciers & Research
Visit the awe-inspiring Kongsfjorden and step ashore in Ny-Ålesund, a historic research settlement with the world’s northernmost post office.
Day 5 – Return through Isfjorden
Sail back through Isfjorden, watching for Arctic wildlife and unique geological formations. Enjoy time in Longyearbyen, including a hotel lunch and evening dinner.
Day 6 – Farewell to the Arctic
